Welcome to Wanna Eat, a charming cafe nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of San Po Kong, Hong Kong. This delightful spot is a haven for anyone seeking a cozy ambiance, exceptional flavors, and a unique dining experience.

Wanna Eat offers a rich tapestry of cuisine that seamlessly blends Eastern and Western flavors. Among the crowd favorites, the tablestyle three-cup chicken set meal alongside the decadent black truffle mushroom cream spaghetti stands out as a must-try. Each bite of the chicken is marinated to perfection, exuding a tantalizing aroma that will draw you in. The spaghetti, on the other hand, is a creamy dream, enriched with earthy undertones of truffle, making it a true culinary delight.

If you're in the mood for a light snack or a sweet indulgence, their fried chicken wings are crispy and savory, delightfully satisfying whether enjoyed plain or with your favorite dipping sauce. Pair these treats with a selection from their wide variety of teas, and you have the perfect afternoon tea experience. The friendly and efficient service ensures that you feel right at home.

Customers rave about Wanna Eat being a hidden gem. The intimate setting, however, may remind you that it’s not a vast establishment, but rather a cozy hideaway where conversation flows easily amongst friends. Sheh L highlights the absence of a minimum spend, which is particularly appealing for groups looking to enjoy leisurely chats over delectable bites.

While the atmosphere is generally clean and unpretentious, one review by Law L hints at the occasional background noise from the open kitchen, where the lively staff occasionally sing along to the tunes. Nevertheless, their friendliness and impeccable service create a welcoming vibe that cannibalizes worries, making your visit a pleasant one.

For those searching for a café that offers both nourishment and a place to unwind, Wanna Eat is undoubtedly a delightful choice in San Po Kong. Whether you're here for an afternoon break or a laid-back meal with friends, this café promises a taste adventure worthy of your time.

A tiny cozy place to have some afternoon tea. Their fried chicken wings were crispy and savory even without the sauce. Appreciated the wide variety of teas. Plus, there’s no minimum spend, which is great for besties to have a chat and get something to eat.

A hidden gem in San Po Kong. Recommended table-style three-cup chicken set meal with black truffle mushroom cream spaghetti. Mount Fuji special drink is eye-catching.

Wanna Eat stands out in San Po Kong’s limited dining scene with its diverse menu blending Eastern and Western flavors. Whether you’re craving pasta, rice dishes, or something in between, the variety here is appreciated. The food is consistently decent—nothing groundbreaking, but satisfying for a casual meal. Service is efficient, and the atmosphere is clean and unpretentious. While the location isn’t exactly a culinary hotspot, Wanna Eat fills a gap as one of the better options in the area. Perfect for nearby workers or locals seeking a straightforward meal with options.

Although it’s a cafe set up, the best dishes on the menu are the Chinese ones. Very good quality and presented quite well. As the restaurant is a bit small, I was slightly bothered by a bit of odor from the toilet, and the staff in the open kitchen/bar singing loudly to the tunes in the background. The staff are friendly and helpful.
